Abstract
A two months old male infant was admitted with insidiously enlarged head circumference and irritability. He had a birth history of cesarian section due to cephalo-pelvic disproportion. On admission, brain MRI showed large sized congenital dural
arteriovenous fistula located at the occipital area and mild ventriculomegaly. We managed him by transarterial glue embolization via external carotid artery twice. After 3 months later he was admitted again due to reincreased head size, brain CT
showed
marked hydrocephalus and he was undergone ventriculoperitoneal shunt operation. We report it with a brief review of literatures.
